You will learn tricks on how to move and set your environment up at home, at work and or at the gym reduce the stress on your back.
Understand what aggravates your symptoms, and what eases your symptoms.
Save time and avoid medication, injections, or surgery!
Many people are concerned that moving around and exercising will make a herniated disc worse. This is especially worrisome for people who have not had an MRI.
It is safe to come in for a Physical Therapy Evaluation before having an MRI if:
You were doing normal everyday activities...(sitting, laying down, getting up, bending over, sweeping, vacuuming)
You were lifting something (heavy or light)...
You turned "funny"
You sneezed
You have no idea why your back started to hurt or why you have pain, numbness in your leg, it just does
If you were just in a traumatic incident such as a fall or an accident which has caused your back pain, you should see a medical doctor prior to PT.
Our goal is to not only relieve your pain but also strengthen your body to prevent future issues. With Dr. Molly's comprehensive therapy, you'll be able to return to your favorite activities, whether it's powerlifting, running, or simply playing with your kids without limitations.

"Molly is very intuitive and she can very quickly diagnose most problems just by the small details you give her. She has helped me come back from 3 different injuries. Left hip, lower back and right groin. All back to back with a month separating each other."

"Dr. Molly is fantastic! Her knowledge of alignment and coordinated muscle groups is the most I've found in a physical therapist. After years of improper alignment causing injury during physical activity, she is helping me reprogram my nervous system and how the right muscle groups work together. I highly recommend her."

"I am 67 and several years ago I twisted my knee dancing. I love to dance and kept moving on the knee after I should have stopped. Since then my knee has been sore, and at times difficult to walk on. After 4 sessions with Dr. Molly's exercise program, my knee feels and functions better than it has in several years. The best part of the program is that I can continue the healing process by doing the exercises at home. No pills, no surgery, and no continuous repeat visits. I am planning on going back to Dr. Molly to check my progress and upgrade my exercises as my healing progresses. I am very grateful and happy to have found Dr. Molly and to experience what physical therapy can do for my mobility."
